Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Machine Operator for 12-hour rotating shifts in Paragould, AR. You will operate and monitor production equipment, perform setups, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background check and drug test including medical marijuana.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure quality and on-time output.
• Perform setups in accordance with procedures and load/unload materials.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and work orders.
• Maintain logs supporting traceability and quality control.
