Job summary

United Methodist Homes - Wesley Village in Pittston, PA seeks an LPN to deliver resident-centered nursing care and supervise staff. Evening and night shifts with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling and opportunity for weekend work on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Current and active Pennsylvania LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Supervise and support CNA and non-licensed staff to ensure safe, effective daily care delivery
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations of resident health status
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Observe, identify, and accurately document changes in resident condition, behaviors, and clinical status
• Ensure full compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
