Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. We offer evening and night shifts, full-time and part-time opportunities, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, participate in care planning, and collaborate with our healthcare team to support residents' health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in the State of Pennsylvania
• Prior experience preferred
• Graduate Nurses welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the primary care physician and other members of the healthcare team
• Participate in in-service education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and industry developments
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient satisfaction and family-centered care
