Qualifications

• If IV therapy is required, North Dakota-specific credentialing may apply.
• Must have completed pre-licensure nursing with supervised clinical experience or 400 hours as an LPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for LTC residents under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes; maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to support quality resident care.
