Good Samaritan – Bethany seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our 79-bed long-term care and transitional care facility in Brainerd, MN. Part-time evening shifts from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, with rotating weekends and holidays, and a bi-weekly pay period.

The LPN will provide professional nursing care under supervision, administer medications, and support resident well-being in a Christian environment. Eligible for sign-on bonus if requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents under supervision of a nurse or physician (LTC).
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and monitor resident status.
• Document resident interactions, care, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and safety.
