Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for part-time evenings (2:00pm–10:30pm), 24 hours bi-weekly with rotating weekends/holidays. Must be an LPN in Minnesota and may require IV therapy skills per location.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Pre-licensure program with supervised clinical experience or 400 hours of LPN experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long term care under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Maintain documentation of resident care, medications, and outcomes.
