The Gardens at Cedarwood in Franklin, MA, is seeking a dedicated Evening Shift LPN to join our caring team. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in a safe, clean, and supportive environment.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will administer medications, document records, monitor vital signs, and educate patients and families. The position emphasizes compassionate care, accuracy, and collaboration with registered nurses to achieve excellent outcomes.

Competenze

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Massachusetts.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus.
• Strong documentation and interpersonal skills.
