Good Samaritan - Bethany is a 79-bed long-term care facility in Brainerd, MN seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care under supervision. You will participate in care planning, maintain safety, and support residents’ well-being.

The role requires graduation from an accredited LPN program and an active Minnesota license. This part-time evening shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) includes rotating weekends, 48 bi-weekly hours, and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with Minnesota license.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident care, outcomes, and communications.
• Work with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
