Qualifications

• Preferred 3+ years of experience managing people in a manufacturing environment.

• Technical aptitude – basic understanding of mechanical systems, tooling, & plastic manufacturing.

• Coordinate work schedules and ensure team alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor production performance indicators and resolve variances.
