Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the weekend night shift in Wisconsin. Lead daily operations, champion safety, and foster a positive, inclusive team environment while aligning with company goals.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with leadership to meet customer needs, keep a clean, organized site, and ensure effective communication. Forklift operation training is provided; must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset ready to operate forklifts (training provided) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication skills written, verbal, and email.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
