Job summary

Chick-fil-A Chesterfield Valley is seeking a 1st-line leadership team member to oversee shift operations and guest experience. You will lead a bilingual crew, coordinate drive-thru and dining room service, and ensure accurate orders with exceptional hospitality.

The role offers full-time hours (minimum 40/week) with opportunities for growth through structured training and leadership development in a guest‑focused environment.

Position Type: Full-Time Leadership(Minimum 40 hours/week)

Shift Expectations:

• Monday-Saturday
• Required availability of 2:00pm - Close (10:30pm-11:00pm)

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Be able to stand/walk up to 100 feet at a time, over a period of four hours without a break
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions
• Be able to work with basic restaurant cleaning chemicals and tools with no restrictions or allergies
• Be able to be flexible moving through different positions including, but not limited to, drive-thru service, outdoor order taking, front counter cashiering, and dining room hosting
• Be able to do basic math (Giving correct change, counting bills and change in cash drawers, and giving change for larger bills)
• Be able to handle a fast-paced and quickly-changing work environment
• Have a clear understanding of cash management and handling
• Be able to complete closing tasks to prepare for next-day operations
