THE TYPE OF EVENING SHIFT DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - SKILLS COACH WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to transport participants using your personal vehicle

Personal or professional experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR EVENING SHIFT DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - SKILLS COACH

This is a part-time position with evening, night, and weekend shifts available.

Scheduled Shifts:

• Tuesday: 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM
• Wednesday: 4:15 PM - 7:45 PM
• Thursday: 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Saturday: 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

As a Direct Support Professional -Skills Coach, you'll spend your day helping participants navigate daily routines, build important life and job skills, and work toward meaningful personal goals. One moment you may be encouraging someone as they develop greater independence, and the next you could be supporting participation in a community activity that helps build confidence and social connections. Throughout your shift, you'll model positive behaviors, implement behavior support strategies, celebrate milestones and accomplishments, and collaborate with teammates to overcome obstacles and create opportunities for success. Every interaction you have will help empower the individuals you support to live fuller, more independent, and more rewarding lives.
