- Personal or professional experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist participants with daily routines, supporting job skill development and personal goals.
- Help participants engage in meaningful community activities and build self-sufficiency.
- Model positive behaviors, implement behavior support strategies, and celebrate achievements while collaborating with the team.
