We offer our Skills Coach - Direct Support Professional a competitive wage of $18.00-$20.50 per hour.

This position offers full-time hours typically Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, or part-time schedules of 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, or 2-3 full days per week.
In this full-time or part-time position, you'll spend your day supporting adults with disabilities as they build confidence, independence, community connections, employment skills, and essential life skills.
Your responsibilities will include assisting participants with daily routines, supporting job skill development, helping them work toward personal goals, participating in meaningful community activities, and encouraging greater self-sufficiency. Throughout the day, you'll model positive behaviors, implement behavior support strategies, celebrate achievements, and collaborate with team members to overcome challenges and create opportunities for growth.
Personal or professional experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
