Job summary

The Ideal Tridon Group is seeking a Coil Loader and Forklift Operator for our Ocala, FL plant on 2nd shift. Position involves operating coil loading machines, handling parts, and ensuring quality under safety protocols. Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–12:00am with a base hourly rate of $22.00 plus $1.00 southern differential.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and endure a loud manufacturing environment. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and excellent communication, organization,

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal communication and follow production instructions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stay focused on safety and quality.
• Must be reliable and able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Hi-Lo certification is preferred and training will be provided if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Operates coil loading machines and related equipment.
• Uses forklift/overhead crane to restock metal coils.
• Performs quality checks and ensures product integrity.
• Maintains safety procedures to prevent injuries.
• Monitors machine performance and assists with basic maintenance.
