Job summary

Ideal Tridon is seeking a Coil Loader & Floop Operator for the Ocala, FL plant on 2nd shift. The role is full-time with a 3:30pm–12:00am schedule, Monday to Friday, with an hourly pay rate of $22.00 plus $1.00 SD.

The job involves setting up and operating machines, handling parts, and performing quality checks in a dusty, potentially loud manufacturing environment. Qualifications include a High School Diploma, Hi-Lo certification preferred (training provided), and about one year of manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hi-Lo Certification preferred; will be trained and certified on the hi-lo.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, and fabricates metal parts by operating mechanical equipment.
• Uses a machine operated welder to create continuity between new and (WIP) product.
• Assembles parts into sub-units or complete units.
• Uses forklift/ overhead crane to restock metal coils.
• Monitors proficiency of machine performance and ensures continuity in the manufacturing process.
• Completes low level maintenance to ensure machine capability.
• Takes measurements of material to ensure material is meeting specification.
