Job summary

Sanford Health's Hutchinson Village is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance in a 65-bed long-term care setting. You'll work under the supervision of a registered nurse, delivering age-appropriate care per the care plan and ensuring infection prevention and PPE compliance.

The role includes assisting with basic health care tasks, vital signs, and supporting a positive dining and living environment for residents, five days a week

Qualifications

• CNA certification required and provided by facility.
• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Maintains yearly department-specific competency testing and continuing education credits.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and eating as needed.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the RN and charge nurse.
• Follow infection prevention and PPE use policies and support overall resident well-being.
