Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant at Wesley Woods in New Albany, OH. Join a not-for-profit senior living community grounded in respect, compassion, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow and make a difference in residents’ daily lives.

Schedule includes full-time and part-time night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Requirements: current CNA certification, high school diploma or equivalent, excellent English communication, and ability to pass pre-employment

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Launder residents’ personal belongings.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Work closely with team to ensure quality care.
• Participate in shift reports at beginnings and ends of shifts.
