Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for Twin Lakes, Montgomery, OH. The role supports residents in daily activities within Memory Care or Skilled Nursing units on all shifts. CNA certification and HS diploma required; English fluency and compassionate care essential. Qualifications

• Current CNA certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support; Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment
• Work closely with team members to ensure quality care
• Enter data into computer on AOD
• Provide menu/collect choices and assist residents with eating
