Job summary

Melaleuca: The Wellness Company in Idaho Falls is seeking a full-time manufacturing/plant staff member to uphold safety policies, operate forklifts, and ensure accurate inventory and sanitation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include using MS Office and plant systems, communicating effectively with teams, and adhering to regulatory standards. A strong safety mindset and the ability to work overtime are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a forklift safely.
• Must be able to read and follow directions as given without deviating from the process.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must follow all safety policies and regulations (FDA, FSMA, HACCP, GMP, OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Follow all plant policies, safety procedures and regulations.
• Operate copier, handheld scanner and plant software (Excel, Word, email, JDE, RFGen, MasterControl).
• Communicate process changes or delays to Supervisors and shifts.
• Maintain sanitation using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
• Assist in inventory control and participate in safety programs.
• Train/supervise new employees as needed.
