Job summary

Melaleuca: The Wellness Company in Idaho Falls seeks production associates to set up, fill, cap, label, and palletize bottles in a clean, climate-controlled environment. You will monitor quality, assist training, and maintain accurate records on batch sheets and logs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 65 lbs. + consistently for eight hours.
• Ability to operate mechanical equipment.
• Standing and walking for duration of 8-hour shift.
• Pulling, stretching, bending, and lifting for duration of shift.
• Ability to organize and coordinate projects
• Visually read bottles, product, batch numbers, etc.
• Manual dexterity for duties such as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up work area with production components and sterilize equipment.
• Fill bottles using filling machinery or manual process.
• Caps bottles and apply labels as required.
• Prepare pallets and move pallets with pallet jacks.
• Inspect quality of finished work for cleanliness and correct labeling.
• Assist in training other associates as needed.
• Monitor quality and verify labels and batch numbers.
• Complete personal reports and logs.
