Kneaders Bakery & Cafe in Utah is seeking a talented hourly Assistant Manager, full- or part-time, who shares our passion for food quality, customer service, and community. You will lead a dynamic team, help manage from scratch baked bread and pastries to soups, salads, and sandwiches, and deliver excellent experiences for guests at Kneaders.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of fast paced restaurant/retail leadership experience.
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards.
• Experience with meeting operational goals, & thinking beyond what has already been done to create a better experience for teams & customers.
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment, ingredients, and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team offering menu selections from scratch baked bread & pastries to soups, salads, & sandwiches.
• Provide exceptional customer service and community engagement.
• Support scheduling, inventory, and overall team development as Assistant Manager.
