Live Comfortably in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Sewer to operate industrial sewing machines at our production floor, joining, reinforcing, and decorating fabric parts with precision.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quality, safety, and efficient production. Candidates must stand for long periods and perform repetitive sewing tasks; shift 4:30pm–3:00am (Mon–Thu) with a $2.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and precision in stitching
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination for sewing tasks
• Ability to read, write and follow directions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform repetitive, fast-paced work

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to close openings in pillow ticks and related products
• Maintain quality by meeting specifications and minimizing defects
• Observe safety rules and keep a clean, safe work area
• Assist with other duties as needed to meet production goals
