Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate single and double needle sewing machines and related equipment.
• Set up, adjust, and run machines to Haworth quality standards from blueprints/specifications.
• Perform quality checks and maintenance; assist with troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Load/unload materials up to 50 pounds; travel between work centers as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the work area; participate in overtime as required.
• Assist training of new team members and rotate through department work centers.
