Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a part-time Server to support dining services. The role requires serving meals with a customer-first mindset, maintaining sanitation standards, and assisting teammates during shifts.

Candidates with restaurant experience are preferred but not required, and a professional, friendly demeanor is essential. The successful candidate will work 4pm-7:30pm, providing timely service to residents and guests while upholding company standards and a clean, safe dining

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display an attitude which fosters a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner, demonstrating a genuine concern to please residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure that residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professional behavior, and practice good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Tactfully and professionally, handle resident concerns and complaints.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
