Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, is seeking a friendly Part-Time Server for Ivy Park at Studio City to deliver warm dining service to residents and guests.

You will work Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday 3:30 PM–7:30 PM, earning $18.00–$19.00 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, meals, and retirement options.

Experience is helpful but not required; training provided. A passion for elder care and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with staff, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB).

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders into POS.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Follow proper serving etiquette and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
