Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner while showing genuine care for residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents and guests receive high quality food promptly.
• Maintain a positive attitude, professional behavior, and good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Address resident concerns and complaints professionally and tactfully.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
