Job summary

Bickford of Lancaster is seeking a Server to support our dining team in a restaurant-style setting for our residents. Evening shifts are available, and you will join a dynamic, caring staff dedicated to quality of life.

You will serve meals, engage with residents, assist with dishwashing and kitchen tasks, and help maintain a clean dining environment. A Food Handlers Card is preferred, and a learner mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Learner's mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve food timely using Bickford’s process.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans per Bickford’s procedures.
• Complete tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain dining room and dish area cleanliness.
