Job summary

Boulevard St Charles is seeking a part-time Server to greet residents and support dining services. The role requires engagement with residents, food service preparation, and strong teamwork in a senior living community located in St Charles, MO.

Shifts include Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday from 4:00pm to 7:30pm with a pay range of $15–$22.50 per hour. We value friendly, dedicated individuals who promote a welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at least 8th grade.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Active; role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be a Host with the Most: engage residents, mingle, and foster a connected dining environment.
• Be a Peppy Prepper: prep tables, salads, and organize silverware for service.
• Be a Titan of Tidiness: bus, sweep, and maintain a clean dining area.
• Be an Appetite Anthropologist: communicate dietary changes to supervisors and Wellness staff.
