Job summary

Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town is seeking a PM Server to join the hospitality team. You will take and serve guest orders, perform setup duties, answer menu questions, and operate the POS system while ensuring food quality and presentation meet the hotel’s standards.

Candidates should be able to work PM shifts (including weekends/holidays), have Safe Food Handling and Smart Serve certificates, and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• PM shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Safe food handling and Smart Serve certificates required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Team player who can pitch in and help coworkers.
• Ability to handle guest and employee concerns politely.
• Accurate data input using a moderately complex computer system.
• General knowledge of food and food preparation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to the service manual.
• Do all necessary set-up side work as assigned.
• Answer guest questions about the menu.
• Operate the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system (where applicable).
• Check food before serving to ensure appearance, temperature, and portions are correct.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
