Job summary

Holiday Inn Romulus is seeking a Restaurant Server/Bartender for the PM shift to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a welcoming environment. You will take orders, ensure accuracy, and work with management to resolve guest concerns, while coordinating with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.

Responsibilities include setting tables, confirming orders with kitchen staff, and accommodating larger groups. Must be available to work evenings and weekends in a hotel dining setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and drink orders.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner.
• Work closely with restaurant management to address customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience.
• Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders when clarification is requested.
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties.
