Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Breakfast Attendant at the Holiday Inn Express in Romulus, MI. You will help prepare, set up, and maintain a welcoming breakfast area to create a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior food service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry items up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up the breakfast area in accordance with brand standards and health regulations.
• Prepare and replenish food and beverage items, ensuring freshness and proper presentation.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast and dining areas, including tables, chairs, counters, and floors.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management in a timely manner.
• Ensure all equipment is clean, sanitized, and in good working order.
• Follow proper food handling and safety guidelines at all times.
• Break down and clean up breakfast area after service, storing items properly.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
