Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World is seeking a PM Ravello Server Assistant (On-Call) to support dining service in a luxury Italian restaurant. You will assist servers, maintain cleanliness, and help with setup, clearing, and back-of-house organization.

Ideal candidates bring Food & Beverage experience, a team-focused attitude, strong organizational skills, and fluent English. A flexible on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required, and eligibility to work in the

Qualifications

• Experience working in Food & Beverage environments.
• Thrives in a fast-paced team setting.
• Fluent English; able to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Performs well under pressure and can adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible on-call shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers and bartenders with serving, setup, and clearing areas.
• Polish glassware and stock bar/lounge with required items.
