Job summary

Oakmont of El Dorado Hills is seeking a Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities in a senior living community. The role focuses on compassionate care, safety, and maintaining residents’ independence.

The position is part-time (2:00 PM–10:15 PM) with Mon-Wed shifts, located in El Dorado Hills, CA. Oakmont offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities within a growing caregiving team.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but training is provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain residents' privacy and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
