Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is hiring a Care Provider/Caregiver for the El Dorado Hills community. This part-time PM shift runs 2:00 PM–10:15 PM, Mon-Wed, supporting daily resident living and personalized care.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, ensuring resident safety, and communicating changes to a supervisor. We value compassion, teamwork, and a commitment to high-quality elder care.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training is available.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Desire to work with the elderly and provide quality care.
• Able to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass background check and health screenings (including TB).
• Vaccination and PPE requests may be required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plans, including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while protecting dignity and safety.
• Report any changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for residents and staff.
• Promote teamwork through cooperative interaction with colleagues.
