Job summary

Oakmont Senior Living is seeking a Care Provider for a full-time shift, Friday through Monday, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM in Belmont, CA. The role emphasizes compassionate daily care, ADLs, and maintaining residents' dignity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Notify supervisor of any change in a resident's condition.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment; follow safety standards.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation with staff across departments.
