Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a full-time role in North Carolina. The position is Monday–Friday, 2pm–10pm, at $20 per hour, with duties to supervise security staff on the assigned shift and coordinate service delivery for the client site.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience), valid driver’s license for driving positions, and the ability to communicate effectively, prepare reports, and handle crisis

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required; driving positions require a valid license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on the assigned shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
