The role includes supervising access, patrolling areas, and assisting employees and guests with a professional demeanor. Responsibilities include monitoring entrances, reporting incidents, and maintaining compliance with client policies while providing quality customer service to staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required; reliable communication skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English; pre-employment screening completed.

Responsibilities

• Access control: manage admittance, screen visitors, assist employees and guests.
• Customer service: deliver courteous, professional interactions reflecting the client.
• Monitoring: observe entrances/exits; prevent unauthorized entry; calm disturbances.
• Patrolling: inspect buildings and grounds for hazards or unsafe conditions.
• Incident response: protect evidence and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Reporting: maintain logs and communicate incidents to client representatives.
• Property protection: enforce client policies and standards.
• Other duties as required by the site.
