Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with security equipment is preferred.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated integrity, clear communication, excellent customer service, and accountability are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol via vehicle or on foot to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Thoroughly inspect doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function.
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
• Report any facility issues.
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations.
