Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking hardworking, motivated people for a full-time, second-shift security officer role in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The position runs Wednesday through Sunday, 3:30pm to 11:30pm, and pays $22-23 per hour depending on experience.

You will monitor premises, inspect doors and windows, deter violations, coordinate emergency response, and uphold our values of integrity, service, and accountability.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
