Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Texas driver license or obtain it within 90 days after hire date.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Attends work regularly and may work a specific or rotating shift, including overtime.
• Monitors surveillance cameras for unauthorized persons, fires, and incidents; reports emergencies.
• Disseminates and coordinates emergency responses and notifies hospital management and law enforcement.
• Assists in apprehension of suspects for entry violations or mischief.
• Prepares timely incident and investigative reports related to emergencies or violations.
• Evaluates security regulations and recommends changes.
• Performs other duties including disaster response and COOP activities as needed.
