Job summary

United Security Inc. is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to protect hotel guests, staff, and property. Monday–Friday, 4p–9p shifts, with a requirement for strong observation, discreet handling of incidents, and calmness under pressure.

Responsibilities include patrolling premises, monitoring CCTV and alarms, restricting access to authorized personnel, and writing incident reports. Education: High School Diploma; benefits include competitive pay and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven security experience preferred.
• Computer literacy with 2+ years of experience with integrated security systems and MS Office.
• Problem solving abilities and good written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Able to stay calm and act quickly in emergencies.
• Flexible schedule including night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises regularly to deter threats and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor CCTV, fire alarms, and access control systems.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas for authorized personnel.
• Write clear, detailed reports on incidents and activities.
• Coordinate with local emergency services when needed.
• Investigate property damage, theft, or suspicious activity.
• Support crowd control during events or high occupancy periods.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
