Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Enhanced Flex Guard for Litchfield Park, AZ. This part-time position offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts via the scheduling platform, enabling increased earnings while maintaining a reliable base schedule.

You will perform security procedures, respond to incidents, and patrol the site. A Guard Card is preferred; applicants must meet age, education, and background-screening requirements.

Qualifications

• Guard Card/License preferred.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients following security-related procedures and site policies, and assist with emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter; site conditions vary by client.
