Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to alarms or suspicious activities.
• Provide assistance to visitors and staff, giving directions or support in emergencies.
• Enforce property policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.
• Respond to incidents such as disturbances, medical emergencies, or safety concerns.
• Document incidents thoroughly in reports and communicate information to management.
• Assist law enforcement or emergency services during investigations or emergencies.
• Maintain a visible on-site presence to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
