Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Evening Concierge Patrol for a part-time evening position at a New York site. Fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform enable you to earn more while maintaining a reliable base schedule.

Pay rate is $18.00 per hour, with potential to grow hours up to 40 per week. You will provide customer service, follow site procedures, respond to incidents, conduct patrols, document activities, and manage

Qualifications

Must have valid New York State Security Guard License.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Subject to background investigation.
Drug screen may be required.
Licensing requirements per state/local laws and regulations.
Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location and perimeter.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in accordance with site procedures.
Control access to the location by monitoring entrances, checking credentials, and assisting visitors and staff.
