BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Screen Print Operator in Indianapolis, IN. You will operate and maintain a garment press, review work orders, and ensure quality across multicolor prints.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work overtime when needed. The position is onsite with regular evening shifts (3:00pm - 11:30pm) and potential Saturdays/Sundays overtime.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; warehouse experience bonus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a bonus.
• Must be able to work overtime including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reading and following English work instructions.

Responsabilités

• Review work orders and prepare print area according to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workspace and equipment.
• Operate and troubleshoot screen printing press; ensure quality standards.
• Follow PPE usage and safety protocols; report issues.
• Support team with accurate and timely production and housekeeping tasks.
