Job summary

Weaver Lake Elementary in Maple Grove, Minnesota, part of Osseo Area Schools ISD 279, seeks a 2nd shift custodian to maintain facilities, equipment and grounds. You will clean classrooms, restrooms and floors, perform minor repairs, monitor building systems and ensure building security.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and MN Specialist boiler license or ability to obtain. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm, full-time year-round.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain MN Specialist boiler license (Class 2 pay).
• Knowledge of safety precautions applicable to trade.
• Experience with cleaning and facility maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping, floor care, restroom cleaning, and window washing.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical repairs as needed.
• Support kitchen staff with mopping and stocking storeroom.
• Monitor building automation controls and secure the facility.
• Report vandalism or unauthorized individuals and maintain logs.
