Qualifications

• Prefer 3+ years custodial supervisory experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of personnel.
• Extensive walking, standing and bending during shift; lift 50 pounds and use a backpack vacuum.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Able to understand and communicate in English for safety and duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work of up to two custodians, assign tasks and review performance data.
• Train new staff and provide instruction on cleaning procedures.
• Sanitize restrooms, mop, vacuum, scrub floors and dust furnishings.
• Move furniture, perform crosswalk duties, and secure all doors.
• Monitor attendance and ensure compliance with district policies.
