Southeastern Regional Technical High School in Easton, Massachusetts is seeking a full-time custodian for the second shift. The role runs Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, maintaining clean facilities and assisting with basic repairs.

The school serves over 1,700 students across more than 20 career majors and offers a comprehensive program balancing academics with technical training. Immediate starting date and full benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities.
• Reliability in attendance and maturity; or
• Minimum 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings and premises neat and clean at all times.
• Shovels, plows, and sands walkways, driveways, parking areas, and steps as appropriate.
• Checks daily to ensure that all exit doors are closed or open as appropriate and all panic bolts are working properly during the hours of building occupancy.
• Sweeps classrooms daily and dusts furniture as needed.
• Cleans corridors after school each day, and during the day when their condition requires it.
• Cleans toilet floors daily and disinfects sanitary fixtures and drinking fountains daily as needed.
• Washes windows on inside and outside at least twice a year.
• Keeps the building and grounds free from rubbish.
• Makes minor building repairs and reports major repairs promptly to the Supervisor.
