Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and operation of building and grounds.
• Clean and maintain all areas, dispose of trash, and manage supplies.
• Spot-clean and deep-clean as needed on various flooring and surfaces.
• Assist in furniture setup for approved activities and events.
• Perform security checks and emergency readiness for the building.
• Handle outside duties such as snow removal and lawn care.
